The Manager, HR Operations Regional Consultants is responsible for the management and delivery of training, coaching and communications programs within Human Resources focused on improving the operational efficiencies and effectiveness across Ascension. Under the direction of the Sr. Director, HR Operations, the incumbent will oversee the HR Regional Consultants team and serve as a key partner to HR leaders within the market health ministries, as well as HR Centers of Excellence.
Essential Functions :
Leads and manages the HR Operations Regional Consultant team to ensure the highest quality service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Leaders, HR Partners and Advisors at the market level.
Work collaboratively with HR Operations and Technology leaders to implement HR programs and initiatives at the national and market level.
Coordinates activities with CoE’s, Symphony, AIS, MSC and Markets in order to assure consistency & optimization of overall service delivery
Ensure development, maintenance and delivery of curriculum to support Manager Self Service and HR end-user training and change management initiatives.
Work with HR Operations Regional Consultant team to analyze HR service delivery and performance data and metrics in order to continuously optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize data and metrics to recommend HR process improvements, re-designs and / or system enhancements.
Help the team resolve complex issues related to HR programs and processes
Manage and support projects as assigned within HR Operations
Prepares and submits detailed work plans for review with the Sr. Director, HR Operations on project requirements and priorities for HR service delivery.
Monitors task assignments to ensure they are performed on schedule, within intended scope and to a defined level of quality. Reports progress to the Sr. Director, HR Operations

Physical Demands and Work Environment :
- Position is not required to be located in St Louis Mo, but could involve extensive travel at times
Education and Experience :
B.A or B.S. in Business, Human Resources or related field is required.
Five (5) to Seven (7) years of relevant management and Human Resources Operations experience is required
Prior experience in managing operations teams and developing training programs is required
Excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
Experience supporting remote team members
