As the Pharmacy Director, you will play a vital role in the hospital leadership,as a pharmacist and experienced leader in hospital management and pharmacy practice. The Pharmacy Director is a leader who helps with system-wide oversight of pharmacy and medication-related matters. As our Pharmacy Director , you will:
Direct pharmacy operations to ensure alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the department and organization.
Direct the development and implementation of practices, policies and procedures in all functional areas of the department.
Accountable for staffing and capacity planning for the department.
Oversee the development and monitoring of, and compliance with, departmental budgets.
Utilize broad knowledge of applicable statutory, regulatory and administrative requirements to direct departmental operations and ensure accountability for the department's compliance with the same.
What You Need:
- Licensed Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Bachelor of Applied Science
Graduate of an accredited college degree program in Pharmacy
- Five years of experience required
