Job Description

Job Summary:

The Manager of Associate Health & Wellness manages associate health and wellness activities, workflow and staffing resources within designated regional ministry markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides regulatory and accreditation requirements to and collaborates with ministry governance committees as needed.

  • Responsible for record keeping and reporting processes on system platforms utilized to store associate health records.

  • Provides leadership and direction for development and implementation of Associate Health initiatives, as well as policies and procedures.

  • Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

  • Provides assistance to Workers Compensation regarding accommodated duty, restricted duty, disability leave, return to work and associate safety.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Education or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 2 Years Required Technical Experience.

  • 4 Years Preferred Technical Experience.

  • 1 Year Required Leadership/Mgmt Experience.

  • 5 Years Preferred Leadership/Mgmt Experience.
