Performs activity based programs in support of patient care plan.
Conducts assessment of activity needs to meet individual treatment goals and objectives.
Facilitates and participates in activity-related projects and events.
Keeps treatment area clean, safe, and organized.
Performs clerical tasks as assigned.
Certification: Certified Nurse Aide in the state in which employed.
High School Education or equivalent required Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience preferred
- 1 Year Preferred Technical Experience.
