The Senior Director - NSC Operations directs operational activities and efficiency by implementing the centrally-managed National Solutions Center process for a region.
Directs operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and NSC goals and performance measures.
Collaborates, plans and organizes staffing to support operational objectives, including hiring, training and evaluating.
Develops and maintains positive relationships and interactions with leaders towards quality improvement initiatives and the enhancement of physician, patient and associate satisfaction.
Integrates the National Solutions Center into the organization's most critical priorities to optimize a sustainable service line. Drives the philosophies, methodologies and approaches across the enterprise.
Ensures sites of care are performing within organizational standards of quality, productivity and cost effectiveness. Leads ongoing performance improvement efforts.
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
7 years of experience required.
10 years of experience preferred.
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
