Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Director - NSC Operations directs operational activities and efficiency by implementing the centrally-managed National Solutions Center process for a region.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and NSC goals and performance measures.

  • Collaborates, plans and organizes staffing to support operational objectives, including hiring, training and evaluating.

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships and interactions with leaders towards quality improvement initiatives and the enhancement of physician, patient and associate satisfaction.

  • Integrates the National Solutions Center into the organization's most critical priorities to optimize a sustainable service line. Drives the philosophies, methodologies and approaches across the enterprise.

  • Ensures sites of care are performing within organizational standards of quality, productivity and cost effectiveness. Leads ongoing performance improvement efforts.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 7 years of experience required.

  • 10 years of experience preferred.

  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
