Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Customer Service Representative investigates, resolves or escalates inbound complex requests. Ensures transactions and client requests are handled in a manner that meets service levels and achieves client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and resolves inbound service request inquiries.

  • Leverages CRM tools to perform front-line customer support functions and resolve the majority of non-routine issues without escalation.

  • Evaluates necessity and scope for escalating complex client issues.

  • Identifies, communicates, and monitors trends in complex client care, gaps in client communication, knowledge, and procedures.

  • Acts as a subject matter expert and peer leader to build skills and support the success of the broader team.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Education or equivalent required

  • Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience preferred

Work Experience:

  • 3 Years Preferred Technical Experience.
