Job Description

Job Summary :

Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. Writes literature and materials to be used in programs and designs exercises to enhance lectures. Conducts classes covering multiple toolsets in the Intelligent Robotic Automation fields.

Primary responsibilities :

  • Prepare and conduct technical training programs.

  • Assess training needs and certification requirements.

  • Deploy training to targeted personnel.

  • Prepare training material and classroom agenda.

  • Provide end user training for client.

  • Conduct presentations and webinars.

  • Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).

  • Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.

  • Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.

  • Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.

  • Test process with different subjects.

  • Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.

  • Collaborates with team members to clarify business solution needs and design/develop web-based or data solutions.

  • Plans and executes system modifications and enhancements based on established change control process.

  • Creates and updates test scripts and technical documentation for web-based and data solutions.

  • Participate in team code review to improve code, proficiency, and team standards.

  • Resolves issues and incidents impacting the operational areas. Ensuring they are escalated appropriately and addressed timely based on impact to the business. Ensures customers receive closure notification to assure the business needs are met.

  • Maintains a positive work relationship with the business teams across Ascension Health, vendors and service providers and promotes a collaboratively in a team work environment

  • Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • 3 years of techincal experience preferred.

  • Technical facilitation experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.

  • Experience in designing technical course content.

  • Ability to address training needs with complete courses.

  • Strong working knowledge in MS Office, Adobe, Articulate.

  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Degree in a relevant technical field preferred.

  • Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) preferred.
